Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for mango processing service bookings:

  • Advance Payment: All bookings require an advance payment of ₹10,000.
  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booked slot to be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Refunds: A refund of 80% of the advance payment will be processed within 7 working days if the cancellation is eligible.
  • No Show / Late Cancellation: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the slot or no-shows.
